CHEWY HONEY BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. honey
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. raisins or chopped nuts
Honey Frosting (recipe follows)

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 inch square baking pan.

In small mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy; blend in honey and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

In separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt; gradually add to butter mixture. Fold in raisins. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely. Cut in squares.

HONEY FROSTING:

3 tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. honey

In small mixer bowl, beat butter and cocoa; stir in vanilla and powdered sugar. Blend in milk and honey; beat to spreading consistency. About 1 cup frosting.
