LOUISIANA YUMMY 
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts

Mix and press into 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake until barely brown at 350 degrees. Cool.

LAYER 2:
1 lg. pkg. soft cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (save rest of a 13 1/2 oz. container)

Mix and spread evenly over Layer 1.

LAYER 3:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and pour over Layer 2.

LAYER 4:

Add remainder of Cool Whip. Top with lots of nuts. Cool a few hours in refrigerator and cut to serve.
