KENNY'S GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
7 med. potatoes
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 raw egg
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. salad dressing

Boil potatoes with skins. Cool, peel and dice. Boil eggs "hard", peel and dice. In saucepan combine all except salad dressing, onion, potatoes, and boiled eggs. Stir over low heat until thick. Remove from heat, blend in onion and salad dressing and cool. Fold in prepared potatoes and boiled eggs and refrigerate. Makes 8 servings.
