EASY BEEF TIPS IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
2 lbs. lean chuck, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. 7-Up soda

Place meat in 2 quart casserole (do not season). Pour soup and soup mix over the meat. Add the 7-Up. Cover casserole and bake at 275 degrees for four hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR DURING COOKING. After four hours, remove from oven and let stand for 30 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice.
