BAKED CABBAGE 
4 c. cooked chopped cabbage, well drained
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. bread crumbs (from toasted bread slices)
8 slices American cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Spray a 2 quart baking dish with Pam. Combine soup and milk. Spoon 1/2 of the cabbage into baking dish; top with 1/2 the bread crumbs, cheeses, butter and soup mixture. Repeat layers making sure that top is covered with soup mixture. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour or less until top is brown.
