PISTACHIO DESSERT 
1 lg. or 2 sm. boxes Jello pistachio pudding
1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
8 oz. softened cream cheese

Prepare pudding according to package directions. Combine flour, pecans and butter and press in a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

Combine powdered sugar, Cool Whip, and cream cheese; mix well and spread over cooled crust. Pour pudding on top and cover with Cool Whip. Decorations optional, but interesting. Sprinkle with colored candies and/or crushed pecans.
