4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. ginger
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins
3 tbsp. cream
1/2 c. pecans, chopped (opt.)

Beat eggs well, add sugar and spices. Add remaining ingredients and bake until firm in center, 30 to 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
