HUNGARIAN WEINIE ROAST 
Chopped onion
Chopped green pepper
Sliced tomatoes
1 loaf bread
Thick salt pork cut into chunks

Slightly toast bread. Put vegetables on bread. Cook salt pork on a stick over open fire (like roasting marshmallows). When pork starts dripping - drip it over the vegetables on the bread.

Salt to taste. Eat like an open-faced sandwich. Eat it while it is hot! Warning - don't sleep with head under covers after eating this.
