SPICY SHRIMP 
3 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 lb. butter
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. Creole crab boil
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp with shells on

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook bacon, add butter and add other ingredients except shrimp. Simmer until fragrant about 5 minutes. Put shrimp in baking dish and coat with sauce, stirring to coat well. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
