POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 potatoes
1 chopped onion
1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)

Peel, cube and cook potatoes. Fry bacon and crumble. Mix all ingredients together. Save some bacon and sprinkle on top. Bake for one (1) hour at 325 degrees.
