SPANISH LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger or ground turkey
1 pkg. lasagne noodles
1 can corn
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 onion, chopped
Sliced or shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion in oil. Add chili powder, salt and tomato sauce. Add about 1 1/2 cans water to this mixture; cook 5 minutes. Then add corn. Set aside.

Boil noodles; when done, drain well. Layer like regular lasagne; add sliced or shredded cheese in between each layer and top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and cheese is melted.
