ITALIAN BAKED SHRIMP | |
1 lb. shrimp 1 egg Italian bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper 3/4 stick butter 1/4 clove garlic 1 lemon 1/4 c. white wine Oregano Parsley Peel shrimp and dip in egg. Season bread crumbs with salt and pepper. Add shrimp to bread crumbs and coat evenly. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use metal or ceramic platter and melt butter. Add cut-up garlic, lemon juice, wine to melted butter and mix. Add coated shrimp to liquid in platter. Sprinkle oregano and parsley over shrimp. Cook in oven 10 minutes or until brown. |
