CHRISTI'S THANKSGIVING TURKEY
CHOCOLATE COOKIES
 
2 pkgs. Keebler fudge stripes
jumbo marshmallows
milk chocolate chips
butterscotch or peanut butter chips
wax paper

Heat the chocolate chips in a double boiler until the chocolate is all melted. Add a marshmallow to the chocolate and roll it around until it's covered in chocolate.

Put one Fudge Stripe Cookie, striped side down/chocolate side up, on the wax paper. Place the chocolate covered marshmallow in the middle of the cookie.

While the chocolate is still warm, add another Fudge Stripe, striped side facing the marshmallow, to the back of the marshmallow as the turkey feathers. Place a butterscotch or peanut butter chip on the front of the marshmallow for the beak.

Put in the refrigerator and let them set. Set them out 2 hours before serving.
