CARROT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 jars junior carrots (baby food)

Mix eggs, vanilla, oil, sugar and carrots together. Slowly add all other ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. After cool, frost with carrot cake frosting.
