TACO SALAD 
1 (14 oz.) can kidney beans, drained, rinsed, dried on paper towel
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 med. onion, diced
1 head lettuce
1 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 1/2 to 2 c. Jumpin Jack corn chips
4 tomatoes, cut up
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown ground beef, pour off excess fat. Add salt, taco seasoning, onion and simmer 10 minutes. Cool. Toss beef and beans with cut-up lettuce, dressing, tomatoes and cheese. Add chips just before serving.
