SALMON LOAF 
2 cans salmon
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Flake salmon, remove bones and skin. Blend in eggs. Stir in liquid from salmon plus enough milk. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon tightly into greased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Bake 45 minutes. 8 servings.
