QUICK RUGGIES 
1 pkg. Pillsbury all ready pie dough (or homemade - 2, 9-inch rounds)
1/2 c. hazel nuts, finely chopped
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 oz. cream cheese, softened to easy spreading consistency
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
1/3 c. pecans, finely chopped or ground

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Reduce to 375 to 400 degrees when ready to bake. On 1 pie crust round, spread a fine layer of cream cheese; sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and ground hazel nuts to cover. Cut in thirds; roll up lengthwise and roll in white sugar. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Place on baking sheet and brush with melted butter or oil. Bake for 15 to 22 minutes or when browned lightly.

Repeat procedure for other pie crust round using chocolate chips and pecans. Makes 50 ruggies for breakfast or dessert.
