1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
8 oz. cream cheese
1 green pepper

Dry sausage well done. Drain off the fat. Add the cream cheese and 1 finely chopped green pepper. Mix well. This will fill 36 large mushrooms. Place on jelly roll pan and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
