STUFFED CRAB 
1 stick butter
1 pkg. saltine crackers
1 tsp. mayonnaise
Bell pepper to taste
1 tsp. mustard
3 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Celery to taste
Onion to taste
1 tsp. black pepper

Boil crabs 15 minutes. Pick meat out. Mix all ingredients well. Bake in muffin pan using liners if you wish. Bake in 400 degree oven until brown or make into thin patties and fry.
