PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 oz. soft cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin; mix well. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; gradually add to the pumpkin mixture.

Bake in greased and floured Texas sheet cake pan 20-25 minutes. For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla and milk; ice cooled cake.
