MUSSEL ENTREE 
Fresh mussels in half shell
White wine
Finely grated mild cheese
Pinch of garlic salt

To each opened mussel in the half shell, add 1 dessert spoon medium-dry white wine, 1 tablespoon of finely grated milk cheese and a pinch of garlic salt. Then pop them under the grill just long enough for the cheese to soften.
