BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
10 slices white bread (I cut the crust off) break in sm. pieces
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. plus cubed ham
Remaining bread
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 tsp. salt

In 9 x 13 pan, layer 1/2 of bread, cheese, ham, bread, then pour egg mixture over bread, press down with spoon into liquid.

Sprinkle with 6 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese on top; sprinkle with paprika, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight (at LEAST 2 hours).

Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with paprika. Remove foil for last 15 minutes.
