INDIAN GREEN PEPPER AND ZUCCHINI 
4 sm. zucchini
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 green onions, sliced
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric

Cut zucchini into 1/2 inch slices. Heat oil in skillet. Add zucchini and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer until zucchini is tender.
