CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
4 thin slices lean cooked ham
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinned, split & pounded thin (3 to 4 oz. each)
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. Butter Buds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For each serving, place 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Combine bread crumbs and seasonings. Dip each chicken roll in Butter Buds, then roll in bread crumbs. Arrange in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Drizzle with remaining Butter Buds. Bake approximately 40 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown. Serves 4.
