PERFECT PAN PIZZA 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water
2 1/4 tsp. salt
3 3/4 c. bread flour
1 1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt to yeast, and mix flour and water all together. After thoroughly mixing, put oil in the dough. Let rise 1 to 2 hours and put dough on 15-inch, greased pan.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. oregano
2 c. tomatoes
1 (18 oz.) can tomato paste

Mix tomatoes, parsley flakes, oregano and tomato paste together. Spread 1 to 1 1/2 cups of sauce on the dough (or amount to suit your family's taste). Freeze remainder of sauce.

TOPPING:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Salt (to taste)
24 pepperoni slices
1/4 c. green peppers (optional)
1/4 c. mushrooms (optional)
1/4 c. onions (optional)

Salt, brown and drain beef and sausage. Spread beef, sausage, peppers, onions and mushrooms evenly on sauce. Add Mozzarella cheese. Place pepperoni on pizza.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until pizza is done. Makes one (15-inch) pizza and will serve 10 to 12 slices.

Topping amounts will vary with your family's taste. We like lots of meat.
