PEPPERONI - CHEESE BRAIDS 
6 c. flour
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 c. finely chopped pepperoni
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. rapid rise yeast
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. water

Set aside 1 cup flour. In large bowl mix remaining flour, cheese, pepperoni, sugar, salt and yeast. Heat milk and water until hot to touch. Stir into dry mixture. Mix in only enough reserved flour to make soft dough. On lightly floured surface, knead until smooth (about 8 to 10 minutes). Cover, let rest 10 minutes.

On floured surface, divide dough in 6 equal pieces. Roll each into a 15 inch rope. Braid 3 for each loaf. Seal ends. Place on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise in warm draft-free place until doubled in size about 55 to 60 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack.
