PEPPERONI AND CHEESE LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) frozen loaf bread dough
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. sliced pepperoni
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano

Thaw dough and allow to rise according to package directions. Divide dough in half and set one aside. Turn out remaining dough on lightly floured surface. Roll into 10 inch circle.

Combine egg and Parmesan cheese, stir well. Spread 1/2 of egg mixture over circle leaving 1/2 inch margin at edges. Layer half of pepperoni and half of Mozzarella cheese over egg mixture and sprinkle with oregano.
