PEPPERONI CHEESE TARTS 
1 c. flour
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
Pinch of salt & pepper
1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Grated cheese (handful)

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls into greased miniature cupcake tins. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield: 24 tarts.
