BREAKFAST PIE 
1/2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked, drained, crumbled
6 oz. cheese (Mozzarella or Jack)
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (9") pie shell, unbaked

Line pie shell with 1/2 cheese cut into strips. Top with sausage, then remaining cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; beat well. Pour over ingredients in pie shell.

Bake at 375-400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
