1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
1 lb. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla

Put half of the crushed Oreo's on the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth; mix in powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. In another bowl, mix pudding, milk, and vanilla. Fold mixtures together; pour over Oreo's. Sprinkle remaining Oreo's on top. Chill several hours.
