KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
2 c. red kidney beans
1 c. chopped celery
2 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1 sm. onion (diced)
3 or more sweet pickles (diced)
Mayonnaise to moisten

Drain beans for 30 minutes. Then add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. 1/2 cup diced cheese may be added. Also, 1 tablespoon sugar will make it sweeter.
