OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
3/4 stick butter
1 jar Mrs. Richardsons hot fudge sauce
1/2 gal. ice cream (vanilla)
8 oz. Cool Whip

Crush the cookies. Take out 1/4 and save for later. Melt the butter and add to the rest of cookies. Press into a 9 x 12 inch pan. Put in freezer until firm. Take out and put the ice cream on the crumb mixture. Pour the fudge sauce on the ice cream. Put the rest of the crumbs on the fudge sauce. Put the Cool Whip on. Freeze. Keep in freezer but take out a few minutes before serving.
