OREO COOKIE TORTE 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 to 2 c. fudge sauce or Hershey's syrup

Press crushed cookies into 9 x 13 inch pan. Save 1/4 cup for top. Sprinkle melted butter over top. Spread ice cream over cookies or slice in 1/2 inch slices and lay over cookies. Pour chocolate sauce over ice cream. Spread Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Freeze.
