YUM YUM SALAD 
1 lg. can pineapple, crushed
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 lg. pkg. Jello (strawberry or orange)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. can chilled evaporated milk

Boil pineapple and sugar for 5 minutes. Add the Jello. Beat together the cream cheese and milk until fluffy. Fold this into pineapple mixture and pour into a 13 x 9 inch dish and chill for 24 hours.
