3 MINUTE DELIGHT POPPY CAKE | |
3 c. all purpose flour 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. Mazola oil 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 jar Bakers filling or Solo 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) Mix all ingredients except filling and nuts until smooth. Add filling and nuts and beat well on medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes in 10 inch angel food tube pan. Do not grease pan. Cool cake before removing from pan. Oven temperatures vary. This recipe is very good. You can use any Solo product; poppy seed, pecan, pineapple, blueberry etc. Any flavor you want. It makes a very high cake. Very moist. |
