CRUNCHY SALAD 
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 stem broccoli, cut (optional)
2 pkg. beef Ramen noodles, crumbled

Mix salad ingredients.

Dressing:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 beef seasoning packets from Ramen soup
1/3 c. white vinegar

Mix dressing ingredients. Toss dressing with salad 30 minutes before serving. When first served, the salad will be crunchy.

If allowed to sit overnight, the salad will have a softer, more pasta like noodle.

Serves 4 to 6.
