CHOCOLATE ROLL UP 
5 eggs, beaten separately
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 level tbsp. sifted flour
Real vanilla

Sift flour, sugar and cocoa. Beat yolks and whites separately. Then beat together. Add dry ingredients. Bake 20 minutes in moderate, 350 degree, oven. When done, place between wet cloth which has been wrung dry. Roll. Before serving, spread with whipped cream, adding sugar and vanilla.

Or prepare a small box of Jello pudding mix (the kind you cook) and spread on roll. Roll like jelly roll. Top with chocolate sauce if desired.
