PASTA WITH PEPPERCORN SAUCE 
1 lb. pasta, cooked
1 c. cream
2 tbsp. green peppercorns
2 green onions, sliced
1 carrot, diced
1/2 lb. bacon, sliced and cooked
2 tbsp. bacon grease

Heat bacon grease. Saute peppercorns, onion, and carrot until tender. Add cream, simmer slowly until thickened.

Put cooked pasta on plate. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle bacon on top.
