SALMON FILETS WITH RASPBERRY,
KIWI AND GREEN PEPPERCORN SAUCE
 
4 salmon filets
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. raspberries
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. green peppercorns
2 kiwis

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (180 degrees C.). Brush salmon with melted butter. Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
