CHEESE LOGS 
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
3 sm. cream cheese with chives, softened
1 sm. cream cheese plain, softened
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Grate cheddar cheese and mix with cream cheese, nuts and garlic salt as if making meat loaf. Divide into 3 balls and roll into log size of crackers. Roll in mixture of chili powder or paprika. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

If you don't want to use cream cheese with chives, you can use 4 small cream cheese with chopped green olives, walnuts and roll in the chili powder or paprika. Or you can use just the plain cream cheese and roll in crushed walnuts.
