NOODLE - KRAUT CASSEROLE 
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 c. cooked noodles, rinsed in hot water
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/8 tsp. celery salt
Dash of nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix in butter in noodles while hot. After butter melts, add celery salt, caraway seeds, nutmeg, salt, and pepper; mix well. Put in baking dish. Alternate a layer of mixture and a layer of cheese. Bake in slow oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
