CRUSTLESS COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. coconut, shredded

Combine all ingredients in order and mix well. Pour in greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes or until golden brown.
