CREAM OF WHEAT HALWA 
1 c. cream of wheat
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cardamom powder
1/4 c. cashews
1/4 c. almonds
1/4 c. raisins

Melt the butter in the pan. Add cream of wheat. Fry it under low heat until it is light golden brown in color (10 minutes); add milk. Cook under low heat until the mixture thickens. Add sugar and keep stirring until it dissolves. Add cardamom, raisins, cashews, and almonds; mix well. Close the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes under very low heat. Now you have nutritious delicious dessert.
