TURKEY-APPLE SALAD 
1 (5 oz) can chunk white or dark turkey or chicken, drained if canned
3/4 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. raisins
1/3 c. prepared Italian dressing
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Stir together in medium bowl: turkey, apple, celery, and raisins. Stir together in cup, dressing and brown sugar. Pour over turkey mixture. Toss gently to coat. Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 1 1/2 cup or 2 servings.
