SKINNY CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
8 oz. plain yogurt
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ginger
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp. lime juice

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove all skin and fat from chicken pieces with knife. Make deep slits into the meat. In large bowl, mix yogurt, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, ginger, crushed garlic and lime juice. Add chicken to yogurt mixture, mix until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (better if left overnight). Arrange chicken on baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, or until tender.
