JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. ham
1 c. chopped onions and peppers
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 c. chicken
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice

Brown ham in oil; saute onion, pepper, and garlic over low heat. Add seasoning and broth. Simmer 10 minutes. Add rice and ham. Cover and cook 25 minutes. Fluff rice and cook 5 minutes. Add shrimp and heat.
