FISHERMAN'S POT LUCK 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
4 med. potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, quartered
2 onions, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
2 sprigs parsley
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. thyme (optional)
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. water
2 tsp. cornstarch

In covered pan, combine tomatoes, vegetables and seasonings for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally. Discard bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Blend water and cornstarch and stir into vegetable mixture to thicken. Lightly add tuna and blend thoroughly. Makes 6 servings.
