POT LUCK CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts (or less)
Flour
Salt and pepper
Butter
1 lb. mushrooms
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. dry white wine
Rosemary or herb of your choice (optional)

Chicken breasts may be boned. Wash and dry chicken. Coat chicken with flour and season with salt and pepper. Brown in butter. Remove from pan and arrange in a baking dish in one layer.

In same pan, after reducing fat to 2 tablespoons. Add 1 pound fresh mushrooms. Cook mushrooms slightly, then add 1/2 pint sour cream, 1/2 cup dry wine and a pinch of rosemary. Pour over chicken, cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with rice or noodles.
