SQUASH DRESSING 
2 c. squash (salted), cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken soup
2 c. corn bread, crumbled
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. sage (optional)

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until firm and lightly browned. You may add 1 cup cooked chicken to the dressing, if desired.
