NOODLE KUGEL 
1 lb. broad egg noodles
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. milk
6 tbsp. melted butter
Salt to taste
Crushed corn flakes
Additional butter

Cook the noodles. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix noodles with sour cream, cottage cheese, milk, salt to taste, and melted butter. Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. May be prepared ahead and refrigerated. Bake just before serving. Serves about 12.
